Village Redevelopment

We are please to confirm that the redevelopment of the Kirkbrae Retirement Village is well on the way. Our Architects have been preparing plans in preparation to lodging a "Planning Permit" for the development.

It is anticipated that the planning application will be lodged during July 2011.

The first stage will include 12 new units and a new administration centre, with the foundations for the new community centre completed.
